Sizing & Procurement

We size servers for your actual workload — not the vendor's favorite SKU. Authorized supply of Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, and Supermicro. Quotes within 2 business days; delivery to Phnom Penh in 2–4 weeks typically.

Rack & Stack

Physical installation, structured cabling, PDU and UPS sizing, KVM/IPMI configuration, and proper airflow. We label everything. We document everything.

Virtualization Setup

VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, Hyper-V, or Nutanix — we set up the cluster, networking, shared storage, and HA / DRS policies. Includes vCenter or equivalent management.

Storage

Synology NAS for SMB file shares and backups, Dell PowerStore / HPE Nimble / Pure for production block storage, and SAS/NVMe JBOD for high-performance workloads. RAID design, snapshot policies, and replication.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should we buy on-prem or go cloud?

Both have their place. On-prem usually wins past 3–5 years on TCO for steady workloads (databases, file shares, business apps). Cloud wins for spiky workloads, dev/test, and small teams. We do honest cost comparisons before recommending.

What's the lead time on a Dell or HPE server?

Typically 2–4 weeks from order to delivery in Phnom Penh for standard configs. Specialized configs (NVIDIA H100 GPUs, big NVMe arrays) can run 6–10 weeks.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes — monthly managed plans cover health monitoring, patching, firmware updates, capacity planning, and on-call response. Reactive (break-fix) support also available at hourly rates.

Can you virtualize our existing servers?

Yes. We do P2V (physical-to-virtual) and V2V conversions regularly. Lets you consolidate 5–10 old servers into one or two modern hosts with much better reliability.
