Move your email, files, and business applications to the cloud — without the downtime, data loss, or vendor lock-in horror stories you've heard.
Cloud migration is the process of moving your business workloads — email, files, line-of-business apps, databases, and on-prem servers — from local infrastructure to cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or a private cloud you control. Done right, it lowers your TCO, enables remote work, and removes the need to babysit hardware.
We audit your current environment — what's in use, what's dormant, where the data lives, what depends on what. You get a written migration plan with timeline, risk register, and rollback strategy before any changes happen.
We move mailboxes (Exchange, Gmail, IMAP), shared drives, and SharePoint/OneDrive folders using vendor-grade tools (BitTitan, ShareGate, Microsoft's native migration manager). Cutover happens after hours so your team logs in Monday morning to a working inbox.
For on-prem servers we use AWS Application Migration Service, Azure Migrate, or direct rehosting to a VPS — depending on whether you want IaaS, PaaS, or fully managed. We handle DNS cutover, firewall rules, and DR replication.
After migration we run Khmer/English training sessions for your team on the new tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Drive). Documentation in both languages.
For a small office (10–25 users) moving to Microsoft 365: 2–3 weeks. For a mid-size business (50–150 users) with file servers and line-of-business apps: 6–10 weeks. We always start with a 1-week discovery phase before quoting.
Email migrations are done in parallel — users keep accessing their old inbox while mail copies over. Cutover is a DNS change scheduled after-hours (typically Friday night), so Monday morning everyone's using the new system. File migrations work the same way.
Mailbox migrations typically run $15–$30 per user, plus the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace license. Server migrations are quoted per workload after discovery. Contact us for a fixed-fee quote.
