What We Do

Laptop & Desktop Deployment

Imaging from a gold image, joining to Active Directory or Entra ID, installing your apps, enrolling in MDM (Intune, Jamf), and asset tagging. Delivered to user desks or shipped to remote offices.

Server & Rack Installation

Physical racking, PDU and UPS wiring, KVM/IPMI cabling, network patching, OS install, and initial config. Labeled, photographed, and documented before handover.

Network Equipment

Switch, router, firewall, and access point installation. Initial configuration from your design or ours. Cable management to standard.

UPS & Power

APC, CyberPower, Eaton, and Vertiv UPS installation — battery testing, runtime calculations, alerting integration. PDU and ATS for higher-availability racks.

Can you deploy outside Phnom Penh?

Yes. We regularly deploy to Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and Kampot. Project-based travel for remote sites; quoted including transport and lodging.

Do you image laptops from a template?

Yes. We build a gold image from your apps and policies once, then deploy it to every new laptop. Saves 1–2 hours of configuration per device versus manual setup.

What's included in a typical office IT setup?

For a new office: cabling, switch and Wi-Fi install, internet provisioning (we work with all major Cambodia ISPs), server or NAS, UPS, laptops, printers, and CCTV. We can do all of it as one project or piece-by-piece.

How is pricing structured?

Per-device installation rate (e.g., $25/laptop for image + config + delivery; $300–$800/server for racking + configuration; $40–$80 per cable drop). Larger projects quoted as a fixed-fee package.
